ok so basicaly when ur compny gets really big like millions of peple use it. its like a turning point or whatver. u cant just have one team anymore. u need MOAR teams. that way they can be moar kewl togather. its called a kewl platform. its very smart.

ok so theres a thing called a moat. its a water hole around a castle. compnies have moats too but not real ones. its a metafor.

the moat keeps other compnies from coming in and being moar kewl than u. but heres the thing. the moat doesnt work anymor. bcuz of technalogy.

in the 1500s they invented the cannon and it broke all the moats. same thing is happening now but with computers. its basicaly the same. trust me.

so u cant just sit in ur castle being kewl. u have to keep being moar kewl every day. or u die. probly.

facbook twiter and instagrm used to be kewl. now they are old and not kewl. they are like a microwave. it works but who cares.

ok so on instagrm 8% of acounts are robots. i think. dont quote me. the average person posts 2 times a day but famus peple post like 8 times. thats alot. 80 million pictres get posted every day which is alot of pictres. only 1.1% of peple care about ur post which is sad for u.

facbook is moar kewl bcuz u cant have to many freinds. theres a limit. i forgot what it is.

the point is "connecting the world" is over. its been done. boring.

u know what u should make instead? a kewl. like a buncha bees but for buisness. and then a moar kewl which is bees that share a brain. its called a kewlmind. its the future probly.

alot of big compnies stop being kewl. its sad. its called the inavator dilema. i didnt make that up its a real thing look it up.

heres the deal. nothing lasts forevr. not even kewlicorns (a kewlicorn is a compny worth alot of money but its also a horse). some kewlicorns live a long time tho.

what hapens is u make a thing and peple love it bcuz its kewl. then those peple get old and die or whatever. and the new peple think ur thing is lame and they want a moar kewl thing. so u have to make a moar kewl thing. before they leave u. its like dating.

wow 4 years at lolapps. crazy. its hard to say bye to the team. they were kewl.

we made alot of stuff. we made gift and quiz creator and 50 million peple used it. then we made ravenwood fair and ravenskye city and 20 million peple used those. i dont remember which was the kewler one.

in 2009 we stoped doing ads and started selling pretend stuff inside games. like swords and hats. peple paid real money for hats that arent real. wild.

we also let other compnies put thier games on our thing. and we made games for fones. fones are the future. (note from 2018: i was rite)

but the most important thing is the kewlture. everyone i hired is a kewltrepreneur or a kewlader. they will probly start there own compnies and be moar kewl. im so proud. im not crying ur crying.
